I often have folks ask me “why are you a Real Estate Broker?”
Simply put, I LOVE MY JOB!!!!! Over the past 20 years, I’ve been privileged to meet and assist people from across the state of North Carolina, the United States and many countries around the world. With each new buyer or seller, there has always been a level of excitement to help them reach their goals.
My business really isn’t complicated as long as the buyer or seller are educated on what to expect BEFORE it happens. It’s the “Team” approach of cooperating with each other for the ultimate end result.
I pride myself when achieving buyer’s goals like: “Can I get a home which will have immediate equity? Or, at least, grow in equity in the first year in case I need to move”? And seller’s goals like “I want to get the maximum amount from the sale of my home”.
Fortunately, the good people that I have been in a “partnership” with to buy and sell homes over the years have enjoyed the experience as well.

"Michelle Conway has been my realtor for over 15 years and 2 purchases. When I purchased my first home, I was around 25 years old, single and no kids and didn’t know anything about purchasing a home.
